The design of a contemporary beach-side home, the core design philosophy centres on a solution that incorporates intelligent building elements within the fabric of the residence that enable the occupants to control and adapt to the impact of the prevailing weather conditions whilst providing for a high degree of amenity and comfort.
The built form solution is both a response to the functional requirements of the brief for space, light, flexibility and is inspired by the free flowing coastal patterns. Externally the material palette comprises of robust materials such as glass, zinc, textured stone.
